What types of income can Rapidio calculate?

Rapidio supports W-2, paystubs, 1099s, self-employed tax returns, P&L statements, K-1s, and 12–24 month bank statements. We also calculate Social Security, pension, rental income and much more.

What guidelines are supported?

We support FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Non-QM programs, with guideline-aligned income calculations and smart conditions.

Do you calculate income for multiple borrowers?

Yes. We calculate income separately for each borrower and income type, and generate conditions per borrower.

Can I use Rapidio for pre-approvals and underwriting?

Yes. Brokers use it for front-end income pre-qualification, and underwriters use it to validate final loan packages.

How long does a typical calculation take?

Wage earner and self-employed loans are usually processed in under 30 minutes (most of the time – <10 minutes). You’ll be notified by email when the report is ready.

Can I reprocess the loan if I upload new documents?

Absolutely. You get unlimited iterations — no extra charge.

What’s included in the final report?

A PDF report with income summary by type, borrower, and guideline; underwriting conditions; plus a ZIP file of classified documents (optional).

What if my document isn't recognized?

Our human-in-the-loop process ensures accurate classification, even for poor scans or edge-case documents.

Can I add teammates and assign roles?

Yes. Use our Team Management dashboard to invite users, assign admin or user roles, and control permissions.

Can multiple users view the same loan?

Yes. Organizations can enable shared loan access so that admins and team members collaborate efficiently. Just try it now!

Do brokers and underwriters use the same account?

You can create separate logins or share access within an organization. Admins can manage billing and permissions.

Is there a free trial?

Do I need to sign a contract?

Where is the data stored?

All data is stored securely in U.S.-based, SOC 2 Type II–certified cloud infrastructure.

Who has access to my documents?

Only your organization’s users and our QC team (for review purposes). All access is logged and monitored.

Do you delete data after processing?

You can request auto-deletion after processing. We retain data securely for audit purposes unless otherwise specified.
